Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Vacation days and retirement benefits remain good, but current health insurance plan is very bad. Between skipping COL increases to avoid layoffs (that then happened anyway) and getting very small ones, I am not sure compensation is keeping up with inflation.
