Very eager to help in anyway possible
My immediate manager is new however she is trying to learn what we all do. The executive team is hardworking and is there if you need them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Absolute strength is our retirement benefits!
The health benefits package is the best when compared to other employers I have worked for. The 403b is amazing, and I can say I am not sure any other employer could come close to our benefits package.

Although my interview was quite some time ago, I recall being comfortable and prepared.
The process was professional, yet personable. Zoom isn't my favorite way to interact with people, but it works.

Making a difference with schools and educators
I love working for Cognia. I enjoy working with the districts/ schools, getting to know the leadership. Knowing I am helping our customers achieve their goals and continuous improvement efforts is very satisfying. When they call just to say hi, that makes my day! Relationships are everything!
