Recognize employees who are working hard and get rid of staff who just work half days and do not add value to their teams.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Vacation days and retirement benefits remain good, but current health insurance plan is very bad. Between skipping COL increases to avoid layoffs (that then happened anyway) and getting very small ones, I am not sure compensation is keeping up with inflation.

Review from Product Dept

I am not full time and do not receive benefits. I was satisfied with the pay until we were given more responsibilities.

I am not under-valued. I am a contractor and not a full-time employee. I don't expect benefits.

Review from Product Dept

The folks that bring the most money into Cognia are paid the least. There is no incentive to bring in more business, do quality work, or improve. All opportunities are given to folks who are directors or above with the RAE's treated as peasants.

As a part-time worker, the work is increasing yet the compensation remains stagnant.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Communication can always be improved upon. Clear defined roles within departments for who handles what, so there isn't always a pass off to someone else when asking questions.

Review from Customer Success Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

More collaboration, more collaboration, more collaboration. We have too many C suite people who think they know everything

Support greater hybrid flexibility for those that provide services and supports outside of M-F 8-5
