The SVP sits in his ivory tower and administrates rather than interact with his team to build the company

1) women are not compensated the same as men for doing the same work. There's ALWAYS an excuse on why we can't get raise: you need to generate more revenue, we don't have the budget, all excuses that don't apply to the men. Double standards. 2) equity rewards is pitiful -- will not retain talent
