Review from Sales Dept
Nice people, supportive and collaborative
My team is amazing. We are in this storm that exec leadership has created, together. We are strong, thoughful and actually have out customers best intentions. We actually mean the word we say, we have empathy and respect for one another and we are there for each other -unlike our exec team
My team is full of very smart, experienced people who do amazing things for our customers.
Intelligent, articulate, hard working, enthusiastic, energetic
Meetings are always on time
Collaborative, friendly competition, quick to share out wins, hang out outside of work

Review from Engineering Dept
My direct team mates are awesome! We work well together for the Most part. Its a struggle to keep up the constant pace of work that never slows down. And the work / life balance suffers often. But we stay positive within the team. We are in it together and we succeeded together too.

We have great, dedicated people.
Collaborative, open-minded dialog, informative, fun
Collaboration and credibility form the basis of the team culture
Helpful from the very start
Diverse, inclusive team that is focused on helping our customers. Good balance of humor and hard word. Open lines of communication throughout my department.
Review from Customer Support Dept
My immediate team is incredible. We all get along, respect each other, and vibe really well. Outside of the immediate team is another story.
Willingness to collaborate and transparency as a team.

Instead of being hyperfocused on hitting quota and accelerators as quickly as possible by selling BAD deals, take a step back and run a thorough discovery call. Way too many bad deals being sold which creates a bad customer experience and directly impacts the install org.
Stop recruiting from frats, maybe have some emotional intelligence hoop for candidates to jump through, at least try to weed out the sociopaths?
need to be vocal and question the statu quo
Stop infighting, and letting egos and politics dictate the direction of the teams.
If people can't provide the data to support their ask, don't complain to your manager that Person A is hard to work with. The reality is that people can't storytell with data.
