Recruiting scheduled several interviews w/ different teams to help determine where to place me based on skillsets. Leaders on other teams also offered to help me prep for promo interviews and advocated for my promo. Felt very supported but this was also pre-pandemic, so things could have changed.
Managers were all very welcoming. Great experience to pitch the product on the spot
They were mostly conversations and not only based on tests

They should focus more on what one can bring in terms of diversity and experience rather than just focusing about numbers
there are 4 people doing technical interviews and 1 product managers, This is pretty standard these days.
