Docusign Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Healthcare package that is provided

Review from Sales Dept

I don't think any other company would match my pay

Great medical coverage and parental leave

Salary is semi competitive but not the greatest

Our benefits, including the $30k in family forming benefits and 100% coverage for mental health, is amazing.

Competitive salary, good bonuses, good benefits

Review from Product Dept

Base pay is competitive and RSU

High base pay and generous stock options

Review from Sales Dept

Commission as an MDR is insane

Salary and commission package for sales

Review from Sales Dept

RSU stocks at joining, refreshers are not good though

It' not the best overall,

OTE fair however not giving out stock any longer

The best prt of the compensation package is that is a balance of benefits. Fair base pay, performance based bonus, RSUs, ESPP, and many benefits. If one isnt great one quarter, the other benes compensate.

Review from Product Dept

All of it is great.

Company paid benefits and RSUs were nice until stock fell sharply

Health benefits and stock plan

Reproduction program for adoption or eggs freezing, retirement plan for my region and stocks

Review from Sales Dept

Stock options were a crucial part of compensation.

If the company does well - they share it - great CIP program

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's not my job to spend majority of my time training or providing collateral for external reps and external leaders when I've been at the company for years and make significantly less than external hires, especially when im a top performer. Increase SMB AE pay, not MDRs have it easy.

More than 2% raise, especially with inflation being at 7%

Low pay compared to market. Quotas are unattainable for 95% of reps. Stock incentives are manipulative and usually worthless. And it’s really tiring to continuously be pissed on and told it’s rain

I feel VERY undervalued with my new management.

Review from Engineering Dept

I feel like I close lots of deals

Ive been with DocuSign for 5-yrs and new reps who ask my colleagues and I for help/training/etc make substainally more than us yet. Most of external reps have less tech experience and do not exceed quota. Very frustrating, especially when they are the first people to be promoted.

Pay me what I was making before I joined.

Amazon doesn't care about their employees. Productivity and the customer are job 1. You can and will be replaced quickly and quietly.

Review from Engineering Dept

It is FAR out of line with other startups in the Bay Area

Way below market. Offer from other companies for the same level were 80% higher.
