New CEO and COO are the only way to fix things.
focus on your hiring process, especially those on director & above; their influence (good/bad) will affect 100s of employees. right now, unfortunately its on negative side
Promote and compensate your employees who have been with the company through highs and lows.
Leadership that actually cares about employees instead of trying to bribe them with random days off and stock options.
It is incredibly dull here
Very cliquey. Groups are built in the image of their individual leadership and do not work well together. If you're not in the clique you are ignored.
