A few good employees help keep it together.
Deep culture of love and respect. There's absolute trust among my coworkers and peers.
Flexibility and nice offices with all the amenities
Everyone is very collaborative and is willing to help
Loyalty. Many tenured employees are loyal to other OG's and are very support eachother. Also, many employees across the company want to see others succeed and mentor others across different segments/orgs.
Work life balance for sure
People are fun and social
Nice people, no attitudes, working there.

Nothing really. Once the veil is pulled back, it's hard to see anything as it was.
Openness to new ideas and employees

Trust, Empowerment and Respect for People
New CEO and COO are the only way to fix things.
focus on your hiring process, especially those on director & above; their influence (good/bad) will affect 100s of employees. right now, unfortunately its on negative side
Promote and compensate your employees who have been with the company through highs and lows.
Leadership that actually cares about employees instead of trying to bribe them with random days off and stock options.
It is incredibly dull here
Very cliquey. Groups are built in the image of their individual leadership and do not work well together. If you're not in the clique you are ignored.
