I don’t really care for them and I do think my team at my store really like in connecting with their workers. They seem to work in very shady place

Pay raises. I worked through the whole pandemic even when our sales nearly doubled. I saw the same pay I had for the past few years. Minimum wage. If my owners saw a raise in sales they should reward the team not just say good job and then nothing else
