Learning labor laws and being open minded

Communication and learn how to talk to employees

Respecting the employees and understanding small mistakes

Leadership, strategy, communication, human resources

Review from Operations Dept

Communication. They treat all their female employees like trash. The female managers are never told about changes & are constantly being treated with zero respect. They also mock their employees & disregard any feedback that we attempt to give them. Males are praised while the women are criticized.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Discrimination was a factor in the decision to not promote me

Review from Product Dept

Listening to the team get more organized so people will stay instead of quitting

Review from Sales Dept

Recognizing talent and utilizing strengths and helping with weaknesses. Absolutely no training above the GM roles. This is a recipe for disaster.

Review from Operations Dept

They need to problem solve better and understand there is a time to play and be serious

listening to their restaurant staff needs

Review from Sales Dept

The leadership is abrasive and is only focused on short-term goals.

Review from Operations Dept

Upper management is too involved with the crew and creates too many problems with other shift managers. Also upper management let’s personal feelings with certain employees into how he handle situations in the work place.

Review from Sales Dept

Treating employees with respect and like people

Review from Sales Dept

The way she speaks and deals me and others in the back or on the line on front of customers
