  • Not difficult at all. Flexible schedules, permissive leave, and work-life balance are well supported.

  • I look forward to coming to work, as the team atmosphere is tight knit and encouraging. I am also able to avoid traffic on the commute thanks to flexible scheduling, so I don't have to worry about road-raging, so it makes the job much more tolerable.

  • As good as you want it to be. No forced time off, but as much as you like, within reason. If you get your work done, you're golden. And teams seem to not bite off more than they can chew, so as to not be crunched.
