I've worked hard throughout my entire life and career to find myself at a company such as this. I enjoy the work I do. I appreciate and admire most of my coworkers. I am grateful for my job at Gogo, and hope to reciprocate by doing all I can to help Gogo deliver the products we make by the deadlines

I am happiest with the flexibility in the work schedule to accommodate a proper work-life balance.

I am very happy with the new Employee Resource Groups that are being created to help and serve underrepresented groups.

To stay relevant, I need technological training. I am grateful that Gogo supports providing the time and covering the expense to receive the training I need to do my job well.

They've listened to make Gogo a better place to work through improvements in culture, training opportunities, transparency in communicating the big picture, hiring managers that don't micromanage, creating employee resource groups, and supporting book clubs and other fun social engagements.

The best things about my team, at least for the ones who are not complacent, are that they have a depth and breadth of knowledge and skill, and are willing to temporarily table their own priorities and commitments to help others.

The most positive aspect is the support in every way possible for the employee. Having all the things I need to cook and eat my meals and take care of myself at work truly makes it a home away from home.

I thrive on accomplishment. Seeing my work go to production, and then seeing it in use in public marketing videos and materials lets me know that my efforts to help the company and help others through Gogo's services is not wasted.

This isn't true for everyone on the team, but at least for the ones that really care and work hard, I'm amazed at how technically brilliant they are, and how hard they work to meet deadlines even when there is no apparent benefit to themselves.

Covering my wages 100% while on a temporary medical leave. Now that I'm healthy again, I can work even more efficiently and effectively. I didn't need to stress about paying bills in order to get well, or even getting fired because I needed to take time off to get well.

In the space of 10 years, I have seen complete turnover in the leadership team, and the culture and work environment, as well as the success of the company completely changed for the better. They work hard, are transparent, and have integrity. This helps me to deliver on my commitments as well.
