What's the work from home policy like at Gogo?
We love work-life balance! Gogo Business Aviation is a place that values employees’ time both in and out of the office. Most roles enjoy a hybrid in-office and work from home environment that is designed to give us the flexibility and space to collaborate with our team effectively while building the strong relationships that are a hallmark of our culture. Some roles are 100% remote: out-of-state and event out-of-the country. Few roles due to their nature are 100% on site (ex: manufacturing) but we still provide a flexible schedule!
You need to have a reason to work from home but when you do, they're very flexible. All systems are enabled so it's very easy to work remote.

Casual! Jeans every day.
Depends on the department but no one is very dressy.

Gogo is a very diverse work environment, with employees from all cultures of the world. It is more diverse than other places I've worked in Colorado. And the employees here want it that way and embrace it.
