The communication lines are open both ways and relatively transparent.

The employees are treated like family. The Leadership and Execs aren't stowed away on some mythical floor you can't get to. You see them everyday and you can talk to them about anything. Sports, Family, or just say Hi.

It's crucially important that we have continued to have a flexible hybrid work model. I do not need to be in the office for my work, and I'm much more productive at home. I'm glad to be supported in that. I would 100% be searching for a new job if I had to be in the office every day.
