I'm pleased with how the hybrid work situation has evolved. I go in when I need to physically collaborate, and work from home a lot to save gas and time, remain productive, and be comfortable. My manager trusts me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's crucially important that we have continued to have a flexible hybrid work model. I do not need to be in the office for my work, and I'm much more productive at home. I'm glad to be supported in that. I would 100% be searching for a new job if I had to be in the office every day.
