People. Collaboration. Technology. Innovation. Communication. Mission.
Understanding but firm. Agile to adjust. Leadership does practice what they preach. Employees are amazing. Culture is strengthening and those on board are all becoming unified to the mission.
Collaboration, vested interest to fall in line with company mission and goals which is sensitive/aware/acknowledges challenges and while they know they can't solve it all and make everyone happy, adjustments are made to the best possible means for consistency and dependability.
