Leidos Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

High focus on retaining and growing existing talent

Giving opportunities; space and support to grow; continuous iteration of values in engagements with meetings, out reach programs,

Review from Engineering Dept

The Experience of the team plus the training.

Best team who supports each other

Transparency and accessibility of the managers

Terrific leadership. Really looks out for the team.

Relaxed. Clear goals. Very professional.

Their willingness to help grow the team in each individual's specific areas of interest.

The key here is TEAM. Our team is made of leaders and those who lead, serve those around them. This is the epitome of a team and I'm proud to be a part of it.

How they seems to care for their employees well being

They listen to my suggestions

They are all dedicated to each and every leidos contract. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure a well run program.

Communication with employees is very important.

The leadership team is always available if I have a question or an issue. They get back to me promptly.

I like that, they are always available

They provide utter independence to my thought leadership.

Good communication with the employees

They are very understanding and build amazing relationships with their teams.

Commitment, passion, engagement, transparency, compassion, and servant leadership...that's all I can ask for.

Krone tries to maintain morale and motivate employees through videos, but the actual leadership shows a value of profits over people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being human, and acting like it

Sticking up for the field service techs. Forcing people to take vacation who are paid hourly is foul. It doesnt hurt the salaried higher ups, it only hurts us.

Review from Operations Dept

getting a clue. They live in a corporate bubble and just pat each other on the back with no idea of what their employees need

Everything and nothing. That would be an exercise in futility.

Communication, leadership, trust, employee relations, pay

Review from Operations Dept

They need to listen to their workers and customers. Provide the needed tools so they can employees can do their jobs. Recognize their good workers, which they are afraid to do, because they don't want to give raises.

Review from IT Dept

Acknowledging the work of lower level employees.

Review from Operations Dept

connecting with employees on actual goals

communicate more. Take new employees to lunch on first day. Dont be cheap

Review from Engineering Dept

Middle and Lower management are direct impediments to positive results. Continuously block any attempts at innovation, collaboration, and pretend it is still 1970. Leidos corporate treats employees as if they are mere billables. Bends over backwards to not recognize hard workers.

Review from IT Dept

Have a more active open door policy and active pursue what they say and do what they say

Review from Operations Dept

focus on balancing employees work and personal lives. too much having to sacrifice family time

Review from Finance Dept

Making sure first line managers are technically competent to progress employees
