What did you like most about the interview process?

Getting to understand the problems and thinking about how they could be resolved on the fly

I was interviewed to be hired more the 20 years ago - now I'm the interviewer.

Fast and quick. Transparent and engaging

What I liked most about the interview process was its conciseness and clarity. The questions were straightforward and focused, allowing for clear and efficient communication.

It was essentially just an HR screening and a smaller technical screening. Pretty easy and straight forward but also got me to know a lot more about the people I would be working with. It felt relaxed and that was nice.

Management was really nice and easy to talk to

Knowing what I was talking about and what they were asking about.

My supervisor, Josh, he was so easy to talk to. It was more like a meeting than an interview, which made me more comfortable and more able to sell myself.

The interview was a panel interview. My manager and my supervisor did an awesome job with my interview.

I ended up with the job

Easy interview process but hiring takes at least 4 months

Transparency, compassion, ability to do a shadow day, and passion.

Too long ago to recall details but, I had no doubt I had the job after the interview.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

be honest. dont lie about advancement and job prospects when there are none.

It's pointless, the whole place needs to be reconstituted.

Too many people are in the interview room.
