If our group had the mentality that we were a team we would be effective. Instead it feels like everyone is always stabbing each other in the back to make themselves look better.

managers need to actually know their employees, i dont even know who my managers boss is and my manager doesnt even know who i am

In some cases yes, I just don't like being around a lot of complainers.
