The team of people i work with
The work environment is positive because I interact with dozens of people ranging from other contractors, subcontractors and civilian employees. However, when my direct management team gets involved the tone and atmosphere change from constructive to demeaning.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to hire qualified candidates to lead and not just put anyone in management positions.
pay us. you made 20% profit last year and we got less than cost of living.
Nothing. It's no use. You would have to get rid of the upper management or whoever else is on the take with funds.
Greater flexibility, telework options, flex time, these are things that would help.
