What are some of the best things about your team?
Very diverse group that I have the opportunity to work with, it is a very collaborative environment and everyone is open to sharing their wealth of knowledge.

I met with multiple people at multiple levels.

Interviewed a long time ago, but my future leaders were transparent about the challenges they potentially saw with me if I was selected so I was aware and could address; set expectation of what they needed from me defined as successful performance in the role

it was over 20 years ago, but leadership was transparent with me and made it clear what they thought were my "weak" or challenging spots, what was expected of me, and why I was being selected so there was no question where I started off and where they needed and expected me to be in the role.
