Love the job management abd corporate infustructure is awful I feel as an employee I have no way to voice concerns about anything and am overworked and mistreated

Management is a huge issue mostly due to inexperienced people having photo manager positions who refuse to acknowledge or listen experienced field photographers with mire experience I've seen this the most in the LW area so I'd say management needs to be looked into with better communication

For the amount of work I'm required to do In my job I belive I am definitely underpaid and have zero benefits so I belive all employees with 1 year of service or more should receive benefits also I am cross trained in every program lifetouch offers yet I have never received a pay increase for this
