Lifetouch Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Approachable, accessible, Look out for the best interest of the team.

They are there for me whenever I need them

They completely understand me as a photographer and a human being. And that is very hard to find these days.

Get rid of the silos. There is no accountablity.

Co workers are easy going and love kids; all hard working people. Managers are iffy, some are really good at what they do and some have no idea what they are doing.

Leadership isnt that great. They manage like chickens with heads cut off. No job info until 7pm the next day, constantly losing ppls hours. Communications are horrible. BUT they are very nice and good people

Very nice and always understanding... but in the over half a year of working here I've had almost 4 different managers and it can get stressful trying to find out who's in charge at the time and who to call.

Super friendly and comfortable to be around

Review from Sales Dept

It could be better and more understanding to their workers needs

Review from Sales Dept

They have incentives and are moving forward

Everyone always communicates and makes you feel welcome and is very friendly. Super easy to talk to and ask any questions if needed.

Review from Product Dept

Very personal, friendly will to work with employees

I know that my boss and my boss's boss is fantastic!

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to field photographers as we are the ones in the field photographing with all respect they are not and having better communication in general

Stop lying to people about how much work there is

Professionalism, management, respect for others

Communicating and sick payrollfor team members.

telling employees the truth would be nice

Value your hardworking employees and have some loyalty to them.

having leadership to rate would be the first step

Being fair to employees during interviews

Review from Operations Dept

My team needs more leadership skills, and needs to treat everyone the same and stop showing favortism.

Review from Sales Dept

Communicating, treating employees as people rather than working them to the bone.

Review from Operations Dept

Not letting us loose our jobs

Review from Product Dept

Everything. Not even being petty they need to work on EVERYTHING. Mostly their toxicity.

Review from Sales Dept

Everything. Hostile work environment on all levels

Review from Operations Dept

I was supervised by a person that really should have been fired years ago for not knowing their job. This person knew NOTHING about what I did or how I did it. Yet, he was my supervisor/manager and did my reviews.

Many have been here for a long time. Not forward thinking and want to continue to do things the same way they always have.
