I liked that it was virtual, clear, and professional.
Very nice and inviting also interested in employees
It was quick and easy
Nice people, they really just want you to seem excited to take photos of kids and want to make them look their best
The manager was funny and sweet
Open and easy. Basically you tell them why you want the job, then tell them your strengths regarding the position (are you good at sales/photography?) then your weaknesses (be honest but not make urself look bad). they really like honesty and creativity in your responses.
