Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We have had alot of trouble getting work because of the Epstien scandal. The veteran photographers are getting fewer hours than new hires and when traveling, we have to travel further than 2 hours to be able to get a hotel while others in our area get one if they have to travel an hour and a half.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Picking better managers that can handle the stress of this job.
