Listening to field photographers as we are the ones in the field photographing with all respect they are not and having better communication in general
Stop lying to people about how much work there is
Professionalism, management, respect for others
Communicating and sick payrollfor team members.
telling employees the truth would be nice
For the amount of work I'm required to do In my job I belive I am definitely underpaid and have zero benefits so I belive all employees with 1 year of service or more should receive benefits also I am cross trained in every program lifetouch offers yet I have never received a pay increase for this
More money and better management
Immefaiate action instead of fighting for what I need
Low salaries as compared to industry and region, I received a 25K bump in pay when I moved to another company in the same role.
I absolutely felt undervalued the entire last 5 out of 7 years I worked at Lifetouch.
Don't throw away the season employees because they become a certain age as long as they can still perform their duties they should not be disregarded
Review from Product Dept
They would benefit from professionalism, especially with children.
Their photigraphy and custoner skilks.
Difficult to develop a sense of team because of constant fear of re-orgs.
The people are not bad, just not my type.
Review from Operations Dept
Management is a huge issue mostly due to inexperienced people having photo manager positions who refuse to acknowledge or listen experienced field photographers with mire experience I've seen this the most in the LW area so I'd say management needs to be looked into with better communication
Management needs to be more accepted
Review from Operations Dept
Value the employees more and listen to their input. Something as simple as not being willing to replace broken chairs does not value employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Paid vacation and holiday pay
Review from Operations Dept
Im not sure because since Shutterfly bought Lifetouch, there is little to no communication about what is going on.
Be fair and ask questions relevant to the position
Review from Operations Dept
I wish the manager had explained the job process better than he orginally did.
Review from Sales Dept
Nothing. They hire on the spot because they’re too desperate to take time to think about who should and should not be
Review from Sales Dept
Hire people who actually care
Review from Operations Dept
A faster and nicer approach. It's a minimum wage job and workers are judged too harshly
Over promise and under deliver.
Leadership doesn't appreciate or show loyalty to their employees.
staff!!! phone numbers to real people at anytime of day to pay for hotel room instead of me. or sleeping in cars on jobs
Customers need to learn that not every photo will be perfect and to stop yelling and forcing kids to do photos if the child it in literal tears... and management needs to be more mindful of employees time.
