Get rid of the silos. There is no accountablity.
Co workers are easy going and love kids; all hard working people. Managers are iffy, some are really good at what they do and some have no idea what they are doing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The kids and schools are amazing. The management is hostile
It is working with young children, so the environment is necessarily positive 90% of the people enjoy and care about what we do, and the other 10% are just regular nice people

All of the managers were respectful and didn't use any interview "trick" questions meant only to trip you up
