ManTech – I enjoy working for ManTech. I really do. I do feel that ManTech needs to value their employees who have been around for a while and train them up. You can call someone a lead and expect them to lead, but when the compensation isn't there its hard when your co-workers have the title.

I feel like I am undervalued because I have been with the company almost 5 years (one of the longest team members) and I feel like I am overlooked for opportunities. There have been others that came after me and that have moved up. I have been around for all the changes and I stuck with the company.
