Communication and trust is something I wish they could get better at.
communication should be better here
Listening to the real needs of the employee base.
Would be nice if employees were not locked in to one position.

Too low for the workload and demanding environment
Review from HR Dept
I am valued and leaned on heavily with way ore responsibilities than my peers to include ensuring my entire team is trained, even though I am not the manager. This is why I feel my compensation and grade warrants an increase.
Review from HR Dept
Compensation increase would validate the effort I put into my work and assignments.
Review from HR Dept
I think some employees' pay rates need to be re-evaluated based on changes in market. New employees are coming on at higher starting rates. Additionally the work load has increased beyond what the compensation has.
Review from HR Dept
I know the market price for my role and i am below it.
ability to come together to complete tasks at hand
The diversity of the team and the sense of family that is gained from the team
Mission focused, smart, team oriented
They care about the mission.
Collaboration, support, historical knowledge that they're willing to share with new employees.
Review from HR Dept
Overall, there's a lack of care on a personal level. On a professional level, they need to follow the same process and take policies and procedures seriously. We can collaborate together by having group trainings, think groups, team building activities that focus on education and sharing information
Unfortunately like all workplaces cliques get formed, which is expected but the negative conversations that come from these are never pleasant.
Get better at communicating ideas
the work/life balance is great
Leadership listens to their employees and they are transparent
Family oriented, caring, mission focused
They treat everyone fairly and are very accommodating.
The management team communicates regularly, the team members are friendly and hard working, everyone is willing to help if needed.
Review from HR Dept
Not sure how to improve the culture really
The recruiter was genuine as were all ManTech employees that I came in contact with.
I did not have to travel to corporate location in order to interview
The process was smooth and transparent
The process was more of a discussion vs an interview.
It wasn't scripted questions. I was able to elaborate and talk openly about my experience and strengths. The questions that were asked were relevant to the job and prompted deeper discussions about my experience. It wasn't intimidating or overwhelming.

Review from HR Dept
Micromanagement at the top level filters downward and makes the job more stressful and creates redundant work.
