Communication and trust is something I wish they could get better at.

Dumped lots of good people as COVID-19 first became evident it would be expensive to pay employees. Company talks a big story but they don’t care about their people.

What are you most excited about working at ManTech?
The range in projects that I get to support.
I vacant speak for all of mantech but my division is the Bees Knees. CARD part of MCIS. A lot to like. They hire really smart people not limited to what they know but how they own problems, challenges. The work is very interesting, challenging. Benefits top notch. Zero micro managing.

How often do employees get raises at ManTech?
Never. You never get raises or bonuses. If you are promised a bonus. Don't believe it. When payout time comes they will give you the run around just to make sure they don't have to give it to you.

Encouraging and a joy to interact with.

My interview at ManTech was more personable. I felt like they got to know me and not just my resume.

Not difficult at all. Both my professional and personal lives are thriving.

It depends on your location but at corporate it is business casual.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from ManTech?
My interview was with my manager. I was offered the position the same day.
How's the feedback process at ManTech?
My manager and I have bi-weekly tag-ups. We also do self and manager goal setting and performance reviews annually.

My interview was personable and exciting.

Very secure. I am involved in many different projects.

What do people at ManTech think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Our CEO is very engaged and personable. He takes the time to get to know his employees. I've had several conversations with him in the elevator and before meetings, when he walks around to shake everyone's hands.
How flexible is your work schedule at ManTech?
Mine is very flexible. My manager gives me the freedom to work the hours I want as long as I complete my required 40 hours a week.
