Culture is driven from the top down. If you like the leadership style of the former LM folks, this might work for you. It is hard to say this is forward leaning and progressive. The commitment to cost control does impact funds for team morale. It is challenging to achieve team building objectives with very little to work with.
How does CACI International make decisions around promotions?

Promotions are reviewed annually based on employees assuming additional responsibilities and business need.
I understand there is a talent review process. I have made lots of inputs, though don't see much of the output. The silos between organizations feel pretty robust.
How much and how often do raises happen at CACI International?
Raises are all completed at the same time over the summer. There is not a rolling process based on your work anniversary.
How can I improve my chances of being hired at CACI International?
The corporate web site has more positions posted than third party sites. Working through LinkedIn to connect with hiring managers on the program helps as well. The company is motivated for make direct hires, so worth working at it.

Depends on the business unit. Defense is strong due to growth in business under the current administration. There is also a very influential former Lockheed group. How you interact in that sphere probably impacts morale.

Of the systems engineers on my team there are 3 women and 2 men.
