They are engaged & informed professionals with strong ethics and invest in their employees. They make me feel like I matter, my opinion matters and my career with CACI matters. :-)
Clear direction with attainable goals
Openness to new ideas. Willing to listen to everyone to find the best solution.
Awesome boss. Love how they are attentive and cool.
Care more about the people who actually want to help.
Leadership needs better direct communication with the team, to treat others as a team vs competition, and to compensate fairly for educated and previous experience in Administration

There is a disconnect between my awesome manager and the regional manager, my boss's boss. Instead of looking at performance, it's all about the numbers.

Communication and talent retention, Employees are not appreciated by upper management.
CACI offer competitive industry benefits and now offers Flexible Time Off (FTO) Time off no longer needs to be accrued. The (FTO) plan allows employees to take vacation as needed, without a set number of minimum or maximum days, to ensure family/personal life balance. This has been a game changer!
FTO and the ability to take advantage of it
I enjoy the FTO and the ability it gives me to spend time with my family.
More generous than most other Federal contracting work
total life insurance for family

Not much for annual raises, no bonuses, only 6 of 11 federal holidays.

Pay structure is hidden under multiple layers and when it's supposed to be used, it gets twisted.
Benifets are pretty standard for overseas employees. The issue I have with them is that the companies CACI uses to supply those benefites are ill prepared to support international employees. As an example our Disability company cannot call international numbers.
Low pay but benefits are good.
When compared to other companies CACI is average with compensation.
talented people, highly knowledgeable, but some are lazy

Excellent team interaction, sharing of information. You can seek advice or direction and also share your input and be heard. Though we work autonomously we can always rely on each other.
Our ability to seemlessly work together.

I've worked with people all over the world, a balanced mix of genders, ethnic backgrounds, personal experiences, ideological/political affiliations, talents. This could result in dysfunction, but it doesn't. We set aside differences, choose to see good in one another, and solve problems.
Hiring more competent people instead of friends. And promote people who can actually lead instead of creating high school cliques.
Education and increase efficiency; remove senior leaders and inject new life
Most of them need training and we all need process improvement. We need to document our processes and agree on them as a team. This will resolve the majority of our team conflicts.
flexible hours, friendly co-workers, no micro-management

Work from home so it's positive, otherwise nothing else.
We are all important and appreciated for the work we do and the missions we support. We are also individually made to feel like our contributions truly matter.
I love the opportunity to work remotely
The people I work with.
More team spirit and team building. More interaction as a team. If we had more team training and more team discussions and we discussed our decisions as a group to get by in, I think we would all be able to move forward in a more positive way.
Straight forward questions, had good idea of job possibility at end

Most of recruiters were nice and efficient, except one for an internal position.
We had a real conversation that focused on qualifications , understanding of what the job would entail and covered all of my questions as well.
They not only look for experience, but the right fit for the team dynamic.
It was relaxed and focused on actually understanding my skills and all that I had to offer the company in addition to explaining the company environment and goals.
Be honest about what is not offered. Such as for holidays, employees have to use their vacation days.
The feeling of accomplishment from a hard day's work

Team comradery , productivity that matters and Kudos for a job well done
Managers and customers lay out their expectations and we are left alone to do our jobs. No one is bothering you to do your job so long as you do it and finish on time.
To be able to grow my knowledge and actively apply it.
just coming to work for a great company that has my back
