What did you like most about the interview process?
We had a real conversation that focused on qualifications , understanding of what the job would entail and covered all of my questions as well.
They not only look for experience, but the right fit for the team dynamic.
It was relaxed and focused on actually understanding my skills and all that I had to offer the company in addition to explaining the company environment and goals.
Our recruitment, assessment, selection process sets the standard in our industry and makes able team members whom you want working along side you.

My supervisor was very personable
I went in to Crystal City to meet with the interviewer in person. He was very nice and we talked for about an hour about the project and about the company. It was during covid and we discussed the challenges. He was honest about the future and the unknown.
Speaking to several individuals in the department areas. They were very down to earth and that help me get a well rounded understanding of the role that I would play in the company.

It was a lot of "common sense" questions and not so much detailed tough questions on technical knowledge.
My supervisor brought someone who was currently working in the position I was interviewing for so that I could ask her questions about the job.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be honest about what is not offered. Such as for holidays, employees have to use their vacation days.
