I've worked with people all over the world, a balanced mix of genders, ethnic backgrounds, personal experiences, ideological/political affiliations, talents. This could result in dysfunction, but it doesn't. We set aside differences, choose to see good in one another, and solve problems.
My team is amazing to work for. They've all been doing this for a very long time, and have extensive backgrounds in the fields we support.

Education and increase efficiency; remove senior leaders and inject new life
Most of them need training and we all need process improvement. We need to document our processes and agree on them as a team. This will resolve the majority of our team conflicts.
