We work remotely at a customers facility so our day to day interactions are limited but I have had a positive experience with every interaction that I have had with the corporate side or our company. Not being micromanaged is a huge plus too.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More team spirit and team building. More interaction as a team. If we had more team training and more team discussions and we discussed our decisions as a group to get by in, I think we would all be able to move forward in a more positive way.
