
I get paid and I enjoy that.
I think they are good people.
It was pleasantly average and simple.
When I see the people who give 110% of themselves at work and get acknowledged for it.
Most people don't have good work ethic and only give 20% from what I see and I believe that's due to having no reason to improve because no matter how much they give...they will never have any consequences for poor work ethic and attendance.
I know I dont have all the answers and sometimes I'm wrong. But if we focused on rewarding people who put in real work and stopped praising everyone who showed up and did their job maybe I would see some of the people around me take pride in going above and beyond for their company.
