What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is pathetic. The workers who do the most work and most difficult jobs are subjected to constant fear of being fired for no reason, other than “restructuring”. While the people in mid management do nothing but attend luncheons and meetings and threaten the workers.

I get paid time off for sickness and family sickness

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make good money for a Medical Secretary, which is what I am, but the work I do is more than a Medical Secretary should be doing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have no team. My clinic area was closed and I was reassigned to another area. The “team” did not accept me and most of them were unfriendly and resented anything’s no they were asked to do to assist me.

Very negative environment. If employees can find another position with equal pay and benefits, they resign.
