Management negativity and detachment from reality adversely affects morale
Overal experience working with Milliman is simply "Awesome".
Wonderful! Recently there have been some toxic people introduced into the work environment, which make going to work every day slightly less fun than it used to be. I suppose this is the end result of rapid growth and growing insecurity among workers, as well as a mix of ages.
