What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great, everyone is easy to work with.
They are very Approachable !

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing something different. The executive team recycles the same ideas. They are afraid to push back against consultants, or ask for what corporate departments and support teams really need. There is no emphasis on moving up or continuing education. My advice: turnover. We need new leaders.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I decide on it.
The benefits are very comprehensive.
Generous PTO, flexible hours, and very competitive pay along with annual raises (and actuarial exam related raises).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More annual growth. More bonus. Extra benifits
payment for work. India market is considered as cheap whereas we are cost effective. Better pay analysis for India market is needed
Comp is based more on negotiating skills (during hiring / reviews) than engineering skill or dedication to the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People are generally happy and I like working with my colleagues.
Cooperative, motivated, professional, willing, helpful
Cooperation, collaboration, focused on getting things done and fun
They are always looking for ways to improve. Moreover, they come up with ideas for improvement and act upon them or follow up on them immediately. I find this impressive since at other places ideas are places on the back shelf and probably never implemented or thought about again.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Employees should not be afraid to speak out when they disagree with choices. However, there is usually little to no recourse or opportunity for constructive feedback. Employee satisfaction surveys go nowhere. Everyone is just complacent.
Everyone needs to help themselves and the rest of the team grow technically and personally
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance and diverse exposure

Casual and honest interview process.
People were very friendly and open
The information provided about the current events and the future vision
It was very informal and relaxed, more conversation-like, which made it easier for me to be myself and be honest and open during the interviews.
All the interviews are majorly conduent with panel so it is easy to understand different level of mindset and that gives you the glimpse of work culture.
