Allowing professionals to be professional and supporting / encouraging the team rather than berating it.
Doing something different. The executive team recycles the same ideas. They are afraid to push back against consultants, or ask for what corporate departments and support teams really need. There is no emphasis on moving up or continuing education. My advice: turnover. We need new leaders.
