Advance Auto Parts: I love working in the automotive industry and have without question provided the company with excellent work ethic and ingenuity as a key leader in my particular organization. However, the choice and quality in the upper leadership in my particular region is a major flaw sadly.
TaskUs: So far, 3 months of being here in TaskUs is on of the most memorable experience I have. I got to enjoy what I do, I love my job, there's less hassle and pressure, especially when assisting customers. I love how they value their employees by providing us free lunch.

Fastenal: They require you as a manager to work 50 hours to only pay you for 40. But there's a very small bonus and if you hit all of you goals by over 100% you can get your full bonus and it's still lower than what a 50 hour work week should be. Meed more PTO and paid holidays off
