Comcast: It started as a very positive company that seemed to care about your success and development but with new director it really turned into a very unhealthy culture. Sales became cut throat and customers misled just to get a sale. Some managers ignored these actions as their pay was also commissioned.
Burger King: Really hard, but really positive
Wendy's: It is an okay first job but not a lot of my co-workers want to work
REI: 4 years of progress in the action sports and OPO side of our store as well as providing special project assistance to store management
Hilton: Base salary that's livable, plus uncapped commission.

Driveline Retail Merchandising: I have met some really great people that work for the company. I have also met some great people that work in the stores that we service.
Whole Foods Market: Overall it has been good. Better then working at Smith's. I have had some troubles, but I understand a job is a job, and the job will not stick it's neck out for me, no matter how hard I work, or how good of a worker I am. I understand i'm just another worker, another number.

Convergys: I have been stuck in the same position since I started working here. It is like a popularity contest for those that earn the chance of being promoted. I have also only had one raise in the 8 years I have been there, for 10 cents, even those I consistently make my goals.

Amazon: It's mostly negative with how I'm treated because I'm white and the minority, and how little the warehouse workers get payed for how much work they do, but it could be fun sometimes around the right people.

Subway: Preparing for next shift, better communication, shift/store assigned tasks.
Buffalo Wild Wings: The general manager that we had at the time before every single manager that we had except for one quit was capable of running the restaurant

Enterprise Rent-A-Car: wide variety of opportunity and a professional atmosphere with lots of training available
General Dynamics: Better benefits (i.e. more time off accrual, holidays, healthcare, competitive salary, etc), more women in IT workforce!
Hallmark: It reallyis a great place to work and I do have a lot of fun there is its downsides but as far as most places go it's about average
Flowers Foods: -I have learned valuable skills such as people skills, time management, critical thinking, and many other skills that I use everyday that improve my worth as an employee and business owner.
