The GEO Group: My experience has been quite unsettling. While training was scheduled daily from 7 AM to 4 PM, our actual work hours were from 2 PM to 10 PM. This mismatch caused significant anxiety when stepping onto the floor, as it became apparent that some colleagues were displeased with newcomers like myself.

Most of it was acceptable and I support, but it presented only selective views to be inclusive too. The equity will lead to further decrease in employee effectiveness and increase in benefits that only benefit some.
Trader Joe's: I am treated with respect. We work as a team and our ideas and opinions matter. I work in NYC, and our stores get very busy. It was a crew member that came up with the idea to have two people directing the check out lines. It resulted in a smoother and quicker moving experience for the customer.
