Spencer Gifts: I worked temporarily at spirit if Halloween. My managers were so amazing! I am homeless/live in my rv and they made me feel very welcome and let me park in the parking lot. They also got me a widely card so that I didnt have to bother cashing my paycheck. They got all of that done for me.

This creates inefficiency's, miscommunications and does not allow team cohesiveness/synergy to adequately represent the talent base of the individuals in those sections. Base on TS scale of operation, leadership should be local.
