TaskUs: I feel displaced and ignored. They've gone to great lengths to take away my bonuses to pressure me and have used many psychological pressure techniques to make me resign. I feel terrible about all this, and HR isn't listening.

AEVEX Aerospace: very fast paced, chaotic, everything in silos - but manageable. i've enjoyed the tempo and the work so far.
Esri: Overall very positive - people are friendly, helpful, and there are a wealth of resources to get me started. I have been assigned multiple mentors. Leadership are accessible. ToT environment sometimes means there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Significant amount of unprofessional gum-chewing.
TaskUs: It's all good but somethings need to be improve. We need to get more opportunities for the growth.
Johnson Controls: There are managers at different levels trying to cut costs on the field. As a result every new project engineering time gets chopped. Engineers are required to do perform administrative tasks to meet these managers demands in addition to the technical stuff they perform.

Although we profess a "patients first" to our work, our ownership and many of our healthcare staff darenot live it, apparently believing that our company cannot be financially successful without skimping on care.
