Infrastructure side leadership is very political and cliquey. Folks hanging there since years. HR is not helpful.

Natural Grocers: Natural Grocers prides it self on competitive pay, which is laughable. The owners of the company rake in millions while the average employee barely makes enough to get by.

AdventHealth: Stable, friendly, low-stress in the corporate HQ. Not very buttoned up, but not super casual, either. Not enough PTO. Office personnel are treated the same as medical staff, so we have no holidays, only mandatory PTO that comes out of a central "bank" accrued over the year. Truly my only gripe!
NWN: NWN is a great place to work. From the time I hired on I have felt valued and supported in my role, and am able to perform well with the processes and systems that the company uses.

Old Spaghetti Factory: I live in Wisconsin so no OSF near me. I was visiting San Diego for work and saw OSF and knew I had to go. I had been to the OSF in Honolulu 32 years ago. OSF San Diego was just as good as I recall and also the most affordable dinner I had during the whole trip. I actually went a2nd time that week!
