I really do like it here. My feedback for the company would be suggesting we find a way to make our meetings more efficient and invest more in long term solutions even if they take a little longer, to make future projects move faster (i.e. adjusting the infrastructure so we can make changes faster)

Transparency, a sense of liveliness and passion, and thoughtfulness. The amount of clarity we get around the company's efforts and direction is really nice
