Salary and bonus structure seems fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The announcement of no raises and yearly bonuses was quite shocking even with the current economic climate. These decisions seem short sighted for a company that is not aggressive with starting compensation compared to other software companies.
