I feel like the amount of hours I spend working doesn't accurately match my pay, especially when compared to other departments. I usually start working at 7am and work throughout the day until 7 or 8. With the bulk of my day being on calls with customers.

Better compensation would definitely make me feel better. We are overworked underpaid and no one listens to us we just keep getting told we should do things for bragging rights but bragging rights don't pay our bills.

In the early stages our team is small so our workload can dramatically increase, but I do see it getting better. Mostly has to do with our workload while the company is growing at a fast rate.
