My experience used to be very different but the company has made a turn this year and its been downhill from there. I dread coming in.

Everything is very collaborative and people are always willing to help you. We are constantly learning and growing together.

Leadership is out of touch with our team and it makes it impossible to do our jobs or meet KPis

Everyone is fun and willing to help with everything. We all share in the company sentiment so its as if were in the sinking ship together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better compensation would definitely make me feel better. We are overworked underpaid and no one listens to us we just keep getting told we should do things for bragging rights but bragging rights don't pay our bills.
